Dillon established his career as a research associate at Craig-Hallum Capital Group covering small-cap healthcare in Minneapolis. After four years in the associate role he moved to Chicago to take an analyst position at Spot Trading, also covering healthcare. Dillon joined CastleArk in 2017 as a research analyst on the Small/SMID Growth Team.
