Jim joined CastleArk in 1999 as the firm’s Legal Counsel. Prior to joining CastleArk, Jim was employed by a Seattle-based CPA firm to provide income and estate planning services, including tax advice. Jim has held various other positions within the financial services industry, in both legal and CPA audit advisory roles. Jim earned his JD from university of Cincinnati in 1987 and is a member of the Washington State Bar Association
